The first gastronomy course is over
The first of a series of planned gastronomic courses for young Ukrainians took place in the breathtaking surroundings of the STARÝ MLÝN Hotel in Jeseník.
From 4.12. to 8.12.2023, the course participants, guided by experienced chefs and service experts, immersed themselves in the world of Czech and world gastronomy. Their journey took them from the basics of food preparation to serving and the art of making great coffee.
In addition to the theory, the course was packed with practical exercises that prepared the participants for real work challenges in gastronomy. The course also included Czech language lessons in a restaurant environment.
