Cooking course with students of HOREGAS High School

For our last cooking class we managed to bake something special.

The three previous courses at the Hotel STARÝ MLÝN in Jeseník were open to all young Ukrainians from the Czech Republic and Poland. However, the 4th course was fully occupied by students from the Secondary School of Hotel Management, Crafts and Gastronomy, Trutnov.

The main attraction was the opportunity to take part in a tailor-made course in a professional gastronomic establishment. The lecturers and chefs from the hotel together with the school representatives carefully planned the course according to the needs of the young participants. During the course, we managed to expand their solid knowledge of gastronomic theory and practice with practical experience from real operations.

We thank all the participants for their passion for gastronomy.
