Gastronomy course number two successfully completed
Another of our gastronomy courses took place from 15 January to 19 January 2024 and attracted young Ukrainian students who wanted to expand their skills in the field of gastronomy. Held in the inspiring surroundings of the STARÝ MLÝN Hotel in Jeseník, the course offered a comprehensive education in food preparation, barista skills and the art of serving or tapping beer.
Emphasis was placed on practical experience, thanks to which the participants could apply their newly acquired knowledge. Learning Czech for work in the gastronomy industry was an integral part of the course, giving participants the tools to communicate effectively in their future careers.7
