The third successful gastronomy course took place
Two courses in two weeks. The third course was also focused on specialized skills needed in modern gastronomy. In the idyllic surroundings of the Starý Mlýn Hotel, from 22 January to 26 January 2024, the participants of the courses dealt with advanced techniques in culinary arts and barista skills.
The course was designed to encourage innovative approaches in the gastronomy industry while strengthening the participants’ language skills for better employment. Thanks to an intensive programme that combined theory with practical exercises, participants gained valuable skills and inspiration for their future careers in gastronomy.
